Site work and paving for a civil project in St. Clair Township, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work is located on St. Clair Parkway within the Township of St. Clair immediately north of Talfourd Creek at the Shell Canada Refinery. The work includes: - Milling of the existing asphalt surface - Excavate and place granular on new northbound lane - Replace catchbasin and leads to west roadway limits - Installation of new concrete curb c/w sub-drain - Supply and place new asphalt base & surface courses - Boulevard restoration. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions. The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation.
