Site work for a water / sewer project in St. Clair Township, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work is located along East Street, between Smith Street and West Bentpath Line in the Township of St. Clair. The work includes: A tile drain is to be constructed along the East side of East Street. The drain shall outlet into the Rivers-Lapish Drain and then extend Southerly for approximately 481m. The drain shall consist of 3 road crossings to capture water on the West side of East Street. All work shall be in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents. The Municipality reserves the right to delete all or portions of the work. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions. The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation.
