Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Poway, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 28,911-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
The City of Poway is seeking proposals from qualified Audio Video Component and Installation contractors who can finalize the concept design, install components and wiring for an integrated AV solution using the Q-SYS platform for control. The City intends to enter into a professional services agreement with the vendor that provides the best value for all services that meets all the specifications of the RFP as determined at the sole discretion of the City. The Mickey Cafagna Community Center is a new 28,911 sq. foot multipurpose building that is in construction and due for completion in 2021. Installation of the AV Systems and associated cabling is anticipated to begin January 2021 with installation completed in March 2021.
