Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Schenectady, New York. Completed plans call civil work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project will be bid and constructed under three (3) separate contracts: Site Electrical Service Contract #2: Contract boundary will be from connection point provided by national grid and extend to approximately five feet from pavilion. Work includes trenching/installation of power line conduits from the connection point, transformer pad, bollards, and handholes as per design. National Grid's work includes installation of 55 ft riser pole, 1338+/- LF primary u/g power cables and transformer. This project is subject to prevailing wage rates as required by NYS Labor Law. Work will generally consist of: o The installation of primary electric service to a new pavilion area; o o Installation of sanitary service from NYS Rte. 5 to the pavilion area; o Installation of water service from NYS Rte. 5 to the pavilion area. o Construction of a 40' x 76' park pavilion with restrooms/concession meeting all required building codes; Bid Results: Contract 1 Gallo $392800 Contract 2 Brownell $105000 Contract 3 BEB Drilling $128654.64
