Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Schenectady, New York. Completed plans call civil work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The project will be bid and constructed under three (3) separate contracts: Site Sanitary and Water Service Contract #3: Contract boundary will be from connection points (existing sewer/water on NYS Rte. 5) and extend to approximately five feet from pavilion. Work includes installation of all site sewer and water lines along with sewer structures (manholes, pump station), water hydrant/valves, and water meter pit. Concrete sidewalks from parking lot to building. Pathway to main athletic fields. Any other site work required outside the building not related to site electric is included in this contract. This project is subject to prevailing wage rates as required by NYS Labor Law.
