A permanent Guard House will be constructed. Interior perimeter lighting, video surveillance, and electronic security systems along the Southerly and Westerly boundary of Plant 1 will also be constructed. The project will disconnect two water lines to the City's main in Garfield Avenue and provide two new connections to existing water lines within Plant 1. Tree removal and replacement, landscaping and minor site improvements are also part of the Project. All communications concerning this IFB must be in writing.
