Renovation of a water / sewer project in Apple Valley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project generally consists of replacing the existing Jess Ranch Lift Station with a new sewer lift station to accommodate the Town's growing needs. Construction of the new lift station will intercept the existing sewer line east of the existing lift station location and will consist of a new triplex submersible station, storage wet well with grinder, valve vault and meter vault, and CMU wall for sound attenuation. The new lift station will tie-into the existing dual force main and will require the demolition of the existing lift station after successful operation of the new station. The work will also require the relocation of the existing generator and SCE transformer to the new site.
