Reference Number 0000355340 The Project generally consists of providing the necessary labor, equipment and materials for roadway reconstruction and concrete improvements on Powhatan Road and Rancherias Road. This includes grading, pavement reconstruction, concrete improvements, utility adjustment, asphalt concrete paving, signing and striping. The anticipated award date is July 23, 2024, and work on the Project shall be completed within 50 Working Days. Bids must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a Bid Bond in favor of the Town in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the Town with Payment and Performance Bonds equal to 100% of the Contract Price, prior to execution of the Contract COST ESTIMATE: $1,750,000.00 - $1,900,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
