Approximate Budget: $10 – 10.7 million the Halfmoon-Waterford Fire District intends to construct new fire station and temporary operations facility at 315 Middletown Road, Waterford, NY and is seeking separate sealed bids for General Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection. This is a public work project, prevailing wage rate where coordination of the schedule will be the responsibility of the General Contractor (GC). Each sealed enclosure containing a bid is to be endorsed on the outside with the name, address and telephone number of the bidder and is to state that it contains a bid for the Halfmoon-Waterford Fire District No. 1 - New Fire Station including the specific contract being bid. Bids must be in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and other bid documents for the project and must remain valid for forty-five (45) days.
