Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Farmer City, Illinois. Working plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; parking garage; and 2,937-square-foot parking garage.
As o 9/28/2020, all bids were rejected and will go out for re-bid soon. On site work will be conducted from August 2020 - March 2021. Base bid work includes but is not limited to site prep, foundations, preengineered timber column structure with metal cladding anc' insulation, heated and air conditioned office area fully finished, heated mechanics bay fully finished. BLUE RIDGE BUS BARN. ON SITE WORK WILL BE CONDUCTED FROM AUGUST 2020 - MARCH 2021. This offer shall be open to acceptance and is irrevocable for 90 (ninety) days from the bid closing date All MEP and site work is to be included. Alternates include site paving. Cementitious Patching Compound: 100-percent Portland cement-based self-leveling compound capable of providing adequate bond for subsequently applied floor adhesives; approved by remedial coating manufacturer
