Demolition and site work for a parking garage in Farmer City, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
The City of Farmer City (City) is seeking a Contractor to perform demolition services to a commercial building located within Farmer City, Illinois. The project shall consist of demolishing the structure and foundation located on the subject premises, disposing of all debris, and restoring the site to a construction ready state. The project shall include all permitting, preparation, utility coordination, labor, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to complete the project. The City of Farmer City is seeking bids to demolish the public works garage at 210 E Monroe that was destroyed by fire. Attached please find the bid packet for more information. The City has of the following property, which is subject of this bid. (a) 210 E Monroe St The property contains fire ruins as well as fire-destroyed vehicles, and the destroyed building is within the control of the City.
