Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lamont, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Future twinning of Highway 15 between Highway 830 and Highway 29, and widening from Lamont to Highway 834. TIMELINE: Project is preliminary. A functional planning study was completed for the project in 2021. The main objective of the study was to refresh the previous Highway 15 twinning study between Highway 830 and Highway 29 and determine any phased intersection upgrades required; and to determine the appropriate grade widening required from Lamont to Highway 834 to support the requirements of the OSOW corridor. Schedules for detailed design and construction have not been established yet. Project will be republished in the future once it's been approved to proceed. Coverage of this report is discontinued.
