As of August 2, 2021, an engineer and construction manager have been selected for the project. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The design and construction for these projects includes, but are not limited to: 7A-ES1 New Reservoir Project o Storage Capacity: up to five million gallons o Material: Concrete o Reservoir recirculation system o Reservoir aeration system o Provisions for future chlorination facility o Provisions for a future 9A Booster Pump Station o New electrical service, including secondary electrical and instrumentation o Site development, including perimeter security wall, entrance gate(s), on-site drainage retention, half-street improvements to Forest Pleasant Place and Cave Creek Road, and landscaping 7A New Watermain Project o Size: up to 42-inch o Length: approximately 9,300 Lineal Feet o Tie-in to existing 48-inch Zone 7A main o Tie-in to new 7A-ES1 reservoir inlet piping o Cathodic protection
