A timeline for the award is not yet established.** The Project consists of replacement of conveyance equipment, new polymer system improvements, dewatering system controls improvements, and other related Work. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% CR Number: 2067728 Separate Bids will be received for Contract 3E - Electrical Construction. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis for 3E. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Contract Times will commence running as indicated in the General Conditions. Contract Times for completion and provisions on liquidated and special damages, if any, are indicated in the Agreement.
