*As of November 17, 2020, a general contractor has been awarded. Within the Ronald Reagan University Medical Center's Pediatrics Department, tenant improvement for an existing approximately 6,000 square foot patient use area within an occupied floor. Construction work includes without limitation providing: demolition; new walls; doors; ceilings; flooring; electrical utility and lighting; mechanical utility redistribution; plumbing; fire alarm and security. Construction shall occur within an occupied floor with patient care; no hazardous materials are expected to be encountered. Please be advised that the ucla contracts administration Office is currently closed but will be open for receipt of bids for this Project approximately 30 minutes prior to the above-specified bid deadline. Bidders shall plan their bid submission accordingly. Bidders are advised that parking may be difficult. Bidders should allow ample time to drive to the above location in heavy traffic, find a parking space, walk to the building, and arrive in the designated Location prior to the required time. It is currently anticipated that the Site Visit will last at least 1 hour.)
