Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for site work for a medical facility; and for the construction of a three-story above grade medical facility.
The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works is inviting Design-Build proposals from interested firms to perform the design, construction, and warranty maintenance for the North Hollywood Integrated Care Clinic, located at 5300 West Tujunga Ave., North Hollywood, CA 90601. Construction of a new standalone three-story building with four stories of subterranean parking approximately 70,000 square foot that will house an outpatient primary care clinic, urgent care clinic, outpatient mental health clinic and a wellness center on an existing County owned site in North Hollywood, CA. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
