Working plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The owner has selected a Construction Manager. The Tohopekaliga Water Authority (TWA) invites licensed, qualified firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to prequalify for bidding Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Sandhill Road Water Reclamation Facility (SHWRF) Expansion Project. The work associated with the SHWRF Expansion project will expand the facility from 6.0 to 9.0 million gallons per day and is valued at approximately $21,000,000. CMAR services for additional improvement or expansion projects at TWA Wastewater Treatment and Water Reclamation Facilities may be bid at future dates under this prequalification. Respondents to this Request for Qualifications must have proven expertise and extensive experience in the Construction Manager at Risk process related to improvements of wastewater treatment facilities.
