As of April 29, 2024, project has bid to the Construction Manager. As of February 28, 2024, the owner is in contract negotiations with construction manager@risk firm and a timeline for an award is not known. An architect has been selected and design is complete. A firm timeline for sub-bidding has not been determined. It is anticipated construction will start in fall 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: 1. The Osceola County Board of County Commissioners (hereafter COUNTY) is constructing a new fire station on COUNTY owned land located on Funie Steed Road near the corner of Entry Point Blvd. The parcel ID for the COUNTY owned land is 03-25-27-3359-0001-0010 2. The COUNTY seeks a Construction Manager at Risk (hereafter CMAR) to provide Construction Management services to perform turnkey construction of the new fire station.
