This is a PSA project and requires prequalification. The District requires that Bidders possess any of the following classification(s) of California State Contractors License(s), valid and in good standing, at the time of bid opening and contract award: A or B or other appropriate license, subject to District approval. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process.
