Site work for a water / sewer project in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Construction will consist of three phase; constuction of stormwater pipe, stormwater junction box and associated appurtrnances to tie into existing junction box, removing/replacing chainlink fence, replaces exisiting culverts. The project, located in Charleston County, shall consist of three Phases (Phases 'A', 'B' and 'C'). The work shall include, but is not limited to: Phase A: Consists of the construction of approximately 66 LF of 24" RCP stormwater pipe, 1 stormwater junction box and associated appurtenances to tie into an existing junction box, removing/replacing approximately 40 LF of chainlink fencing at James Island Elementary School. (See attached plans for more detail.) Phase B: Consists of replacing existing culverts (24" RCP and 36" CMP) with a triple run of 48" RCP approximately 56 LF in length under Grimball Road. Construct 2 stormwater catch basins, approximately 62 LF of 36" RCP, 15 LF of 24" RCP and 300 LF of guardrail. Replace 6" DIP sewer force main and 6" water line within the Grimball Road R/W. (See attached plans for more detail.) Phase C: Consists of replacing an existing culvert (36" RCP) with a triple run of 48" RCP approximately 56 LF in length under South Grimball Road. (See attached plans for more detail.) The project will be constructed utilizing the items listed on the Bid Form in the solicitation.
