Site work for a mixed-use development in Ray, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a museum; and playground / park / athletic field.
As of October 9, 2020 the project is awarded to RMD Holdings, LTD d/b/a Nationwide Construction Group in the amount of $23,792.20. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including removal and installation of 5900 LFT of fence with electric wire, and all incidental construction at Wolcott Mill Metropark in Macomb County, Michigan. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond by a recognized Surety Company, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract. After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or formalities and to make award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
