The Project for Which Bids Are Solicited Will Be Delivered Under One Contract and Consists Generally of the Following: Water System Improvements Brownsville Energy Authority Contract 20-01 Water Storage Renovations Interior and Exterior Renovation of the 100,000 Gallon Church Street Elevated Water Storage Tank Interior and Exterior Renovation of the 500,000 Gallon Anderson Avenue Elevated Water Storage Tank Exterior Renovation of the 500,000 Gallon American Air Filter Elevated Water Storage Tank Exterior Renovation of the 500,000 Gallon King Avenue Elevated Water Storage Tank Interior Renovation of the Powell Street Water Treatment Plant Clearwell The Allotted Time for Construction for This Contract is Three Hundred (300) Calendar Days. The Contractor Shall Comply With the Requirements of Tennessee Code Annotated Title 12, Chapter 4, Part 1 of the Tennessee Code While Performing This Contract.
