Renovation of a parking garage in Wheaton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
DuPage County is seeking a Contractor to provide priority repairs for DuPage County Facilities Management 479 & 509 parking structures. Contractor will construct priority repairs in the two (2) parking garages in selective locations to repair the concrete floor slab, beams, columns, and walls and repair the incidental joint sealants, stairway expansion joints and miscellaneous repairs. Procurement will accept electronic bid submissions and electronic signatures. Bids do not have to be notarized before submission. August 24, 2020 2:00 p.m. CDT Questions due to Buyer via email: valerie.calvente@dupageco.org. August 26, 2020 4:00 p.m. CDT Final Q&AAddendum Published. The County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or to accept or reject any Bid in part, and to waive any minor informality or irregularity in Bids received, if it is determined by the Procurement Officer or designee that the best interest of the County will be served by doing so.
