The Project consists of: Asphalt shingle roof and gutter replacement for 2 buildings at the RHA Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A (2)(B) & to state prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. The Contractorshall perform all Work required by the Contract Documents for Brief Description of the Work prepared by Name of Architect or Engineer acting as and referred to in the Contract Documents as the "Architect/Engineer".
