Site work and renovation of a civil project in Liberty, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Furnish and install all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of improvements to City of Liberty's sanitary sewer system. Work includes but is not limited to the following:Wastewater Treatment Plant Flood Mitigation Improvements:Stormwater Pump Station: Construct a new stormwater pump station including but not limited to 8-feet diameter wetwell, three (3) storm water pumps, discharge piping, associated valves and pipe fittings, backup generator, drainage ditch, storm pipe/culverts, concrete pads, and associated electrical and SCADA improvements, together with related subsidiary and incidental work in accordance with plans and specification.Flood Mitigation Improvements: Furnish and install new sheet pile wall, concrete T-wall, earthen berm, pre-fabricated floodgate, and associated site work including grading, clearing and grubbing, demolition of structures, stripping and stockpiling topsoil, supplying and transporting of suitable soil material, placement and compaction of soil material, temporary and permanent paving, seeding, together with related subsidiary and incidental work in accordance with plans and specification.WWTP Outfall Improvements: Remove/abandon existing outfall pipe and manholes; installation of 42-inch diameter outfall pipe, new manholes, outfall structure, and associated sitework and restoration, includes railroad crossing, FM 3361 crossing, bypass pumping, together with related subsidiary and incidental work in accordance with plans and specification.
