The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for installation and hook up of a replacement conventional septic system with central header for a five-bedroom home (address listed below) as part of the Kent County Community Development Housing Rehabilitation Program. System to be installed per Kent County Health Department permit in compliance with local codes Install and hook up a septic system for a five-bedroom home located at 96 7 Mile Rd NE, Comstock Park, MI 49321 in compliance with local codes and health department. System to be installed per Kent County Health Department permit. All materials and methods of construction related to work performed on this project must comply with locally adopted code requirements and must meet with the approval of local code enforcement officials. Well Abandonment is required. No Bid Bond is required if a bid is less than $500,000 Each contract over $50,000 must be accompanied by a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each payable to the Owner (County of Kent) and each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price with a corporate surety approved by the funding agency, for the faithful performance of the contract
