The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting proposals for one-time deep-clean Janitorial Services for the Kent County Community Action Warehouse located at 5899 Comstock Park Drive, Comstock Park, MI 49321. Hourly rates are requested in case of optional additional cleaning needed. The Kent County Community Action Warehouse needs deep cleaning for the bathroom/office, and general cleaning of the dry product space. Cleaning is not needed in the freezer or main cooler. Below is the known square footage according to the building owner Michigan Natural Storage. One-time deep cleaning of floors, racking, railings, all aspects of the bathroom including, but limited to, walls, floor, trim, toilet, sink. o Dry Space including dock, ambient storage, office space, and cooler is approximately 13,500 square feet. o The warehouse will be available for cleaning Monday thru Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm o It is desired that the cleaning of the warehouse be completed by March 31, 2023 The conference purpose is to provide equal opportunity to seek clarifications and inspect the location (if applicable).
