**As of October 26, 2020 this project has been awarded to Konkus Corporation in the amount of $1,119,997.29. This contract includes, but is not limited to, the following major items of work: Installation, maintenance, and removal of traffic control devices for full road closure Installation, maintenance, and removal of all soil erosion and sediment control measures. Demolition and replacement of County Bridge No. F1105 with two single-span precast concrete three-sided rigid frame structure with concrete deck, wingwalls, and parapet with stone veneer and stone cap. Minor approach roadway reconstruction including installation of beam guide rail and end terminals. Release of all Plans/Drawings requires receipt of a form of identification from the requesting individual and Company information. A bid review providing unit prices will not take place at the openings. Instead, this information will be posted, as always to the Purchasing webpage once available. Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000, payable unconditionally to Somerset County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for full amount of bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and that said Surety will furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of successful bidder's contract.
