Renovation of a library in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County is requesting statements of qualifications pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 9.33, et seq., from firms to provide construction manager at risk services for its Main Library Maintenance and Renovation Project. The Project is anticipated to include several phases of work at the Main Library located at 800 Vine St, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, The Project is anticipated to include the Main Library Renovation Plaza and Interior Renovations.. Phase 1 includes replacement of 7 elevators in the South Building, repair/replacement of atrium skylight, and initial investigation/repair of the Vine Street plaza redesign to include identifying necessary water proofing of below grade interior spaces. Subsequent phases will be identified upon the completion of the first phase and the selected CMR may be authorized to perform Work on subsequent Project phases in the Library's sole discretion.
