Mesa County Public Library (the Client) is specifically requesting a proposal for: Commissioning Agent (CxA) for the new Clifton Branch Library to be built just east of Rocky Mountain Elementary, 3260 D 1/2 Rd, Clifton, CO 81520. The new facility will be an approximately 15,000-20,000 SF building that is being designed by Ratio Architects and built by the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) FCI Constructors. The Project is entering into Design Development (DD) in early December, with a goal to complete the DD phase by early February. At that time, the CMAR will conduct a cost estimate of the design documents. The Project does not have any specific sustainability or LEED requirements.
