The Township of Ramara is Inviting potential Contractors to supply a bid to repair 105m of shorewall along the northern shoreline of the outlet from Lagoon City to Lake Simcoe. The general scope of work includes: - Excavation behind existing shore wall; - Replacement of existing vertical wood planks; - Removal of deteriorated concrete; - Roughening and cleaning of remaining concrete substrate; - Replacement of existing and/or addition of new reinforcing steel, as required; - Forming and pouring new concrete; - Restoration of all disturbed areas; and - Removal of dewatering system. Award subject to final approval.
