Brevard County Purchasing Services, on behalf of the Utilities Department, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the rehabilitation of Lift Stations T-36 & T-69. As the best interest of the County may require, the right is reserved to make award(s) by individual items, group of items, all or none, or a combination thereof; to reject any and all bids or waive any minor irregularity or technicality in bids received. Contractors are cautioned to make no assumptions unless their bid has been evaluated as being responsive and qualified. All awards made as a result of this bid shall conform to applicable ordinances of the County. The Board may return, for full credit, any unused items received which fail to meet the Board's performance standards.
