As of February 29, 2024, this project was completed in March 2023. No additional information is expected. The Work shall be conducted in 7 phases, with each phase substantially complete as indicated: 1. Phase 1: Install Temporary Relocatable Classrooms. Work of this phase shall commence after the Notice to Proceed and be substantially complete and ready for occupancy within 30 days after the Notice to Proceed. Work in existing buildings to commence except at the Kitchen. 2. Phase 2: Move Furniture and Equipment into Temporary Portable Classrooms and Demolish Existing Portable Classrooms. Work in existing buildings except the Kitchen to continue. 3. Phase 3: Construct Two-Story Classroom Building. Building to be ready for occupancy within twelve months after start of construction. 4. Phase 4: Move Furniture and Equipment from the three Kindergarten Portable Classrooms into three Temporary Relocatable Classrooms. Demolish the three Portable Kindergarten Classroom Buildings. 5. Phase 5: Install Three Kindergarten Portable Classroom Buildings. Buildings to be ready for occupancy within two months after start of this phase. 6. Phase 6: Remove Temporary Relocatable Classroom Buildings. Work of this phase shall commence upon completion of Phase 5, and be completed within one month. 7. Phase 7: Kitchen. Work of this phase shall commence and be completed during the Summer Break. 8.
