The anticipated Notice to Proceed Date is March, 3, 2023 to accommodate a contract provided road clo-sure of Riverwalk Drive SE between Auburn Way South and Howard Road from March 6, 2023 to May 16, 2023. The Contract includes a monetary incentive to complete specific contract work on Riverwalk Drive SE during the closure. The proposed bid range for the project is from $1,900,000 to $2,100,000. The entire project, including cleanup, shall be physi-cally completed, within 125 work-ing days. This project is fund-ed by City of Auburn Capital Improvement Fund, WSDOT Pedestrian and Bike Safety Grant (non-Federal) and Muckleshoot Indian Tribe Funding Sources. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a hid deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or proposal bond (surety bond) in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal.
