Site work for a water / sewer project in Azusa, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of extending the underground Vincent circuit as per construction drawings ED-2020-VINCENT LINE EXTENSION including furnishing & installing all conduits, Street lights' stub-outs at S. Motor Ave, replacing trenched concrete slabs at & near intersection of W. Gladstone ST and N. Irwindale Ave, replacing traffic loop, 5' x 8' traffic rated electrical pull-box, 7' x 10.5" switch slab box & street restoration as original or better condition. Mandrel each conduit and leave 2500lb 3/4 " polyester pull tape/mule, which is printed with sequential footage. It is the responsibility of the contractor to review the construction drawings ED-2020- VINCENT LINE EXTENSION and understand the complete scope of work before bidding. The work will be done within the limits of City of Azusa and City of Irwindale. Coordination will be required with both Cities' Inspectors. Traffic Loop replacement, Concrete slabs replacement after trenching & backfill, street restoration, traffic control, and all supplies, equipment, shoring, services, bidding schedule items, and transportation are necessary to construct and complete the project, entitled: LD2020-VINCENT LINE EXTENSION All work shall be 100 % completed and inspected within 10 calendar days after date set forth in the Notice to Proceed, including traffic loops installation, street restoration, concrete slabs replacement, cold-mill, overlay and striping
