Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Elevator Maintenance Services located at 1351 W. Sierra Madre Ave, Azusa, CA 91702, 47002 N. 45th St. West, Lancaster, CA 93536, 2200 Redondo Ave, Long Beach, CA 90822, 17330 Victory Blvd, Van Nuys, CA 91406.The Contractor shall provide Five (5) years of monthly Elevator/Conveyance maintenance at four (4) National Guard Armory sites. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Robert Hawkins, at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 3/12/2025. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 34365. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-11 - Elevator Contractor license, or subcontract to one.
