Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Saint Cloud, Florida. Working plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility.

Project has been cancelled Remodel existing Logistics Building to provide adequate secure storage area for the Fire Department equipment and supplies. Add walls, kitchen, storage shelving, modify the HVAC system, change front door for security and new flooring. DEMOLITION 1. Remove walls as indicated on drawings. 2. Remove toilet room fixtures as indicated on drawings. 3. Remove tile floor in toilet room as indicated on drawings. 4. Remove service sink, to be reused. 5. Remove electrical panel box and wall mounted conduit as indicated on drawings. 6. Remove attic access panel and mounting trim as indicated on drawings. 7. Remove tile in office area as indicated on drawings. 8. Remove store front doors as indicated on drawings. 9. Dispose of all removed material in a safe and legal manner. NEW CONSTRUCTION 1. Install new electrical receptacles/data outlets as indicated on drawings. 2. Install new walls w/2x4 wood stud @16" O.C. w/batt insulation and 1/2 " gypsum board on both sides, tape, bed and paint. 3. Install vinyl curtain in cased opening in new wall. 4. Install new wall and door w/louvers at A/C closet as indicated on drawings. 5. Install new return air grill to match existing on back side of existing wall mounted return air grill as indicated on drawings. 6. Install ceiling gypsum board to match existing where the attic access was removed, tape, bed and paint to match existing ceiling. 7. Install new floor tile in kitchen and reception area, repair existing floor as needed, color and style by Architect. 8. Install new carpet tile in office area, color and style by Architect. 9. Install new 3'-6" base cabinet with 42" & 30" overhead cabinets as indicated on drawings. 10. Install new reception area counter as indicated on drawings. 11. Install new front doors as indicated on drawings. 12. Install salvaged service sink in toilet room as indicated on drawings. 13. Install new water closet and lavatory, (to match existing) in toilet room as indicated on drawings. 14. Install ADA hardware on new doors and existing exterior door. 15.
