Site work for a water / sewer project in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the replacement of approximately 13,207 linear feet of sanitary sewer line and the rehabilitation of existing sewer lines through the completion of 254 point repairs by traditional open cut methods. The project also includes the construction of 30 new manholes and 117 new cleanouts. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held. Please submit questions for this project 72 hours prior to bid opening electronically. Estimate: 4,000,000.00 - 4,500,000.00 CONTRACTOR will perform all the work required by the contract documents and said work shall be done under the supervision of the representative of the CITY. The work will consist of the completion of construction of certain improvements and all extra work in connection therewith, in accordance with the prices and conditions stated in the contract documents and at CONTRACTOR'S cost and expense to furnish all materials, supplies, machinery, equipment, tools, superintendence, labor, insurance, and other accessories and services necessary to complete the said construction.
