Site work for a water / sewer project in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes: Rehabilitation of 24" to 42" Gravity Sewer Lines as contained in Consent Decree 90-5-1-1-09767 Group 3 Remedial Measures. Project consist of cleaning and installation of approximately 16,200 linear feet of Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) liner for 42-in gravity sewer line, 809 linear feet of CIPP liner for 36-in gravity sewer line, 8,444 linear feet of CIPP liner for 30-in gravity sewer line, 8,006 linear feet of CIPP liner for a 24-in gravity sewer line, manhole repairs, bypass pumping, access roads, clearing, and revegetation. Estimate: $19,500,000 - $20,500,000 Forms of proposal, contract, bonds, insurance, plans and specifications may be viewed and downloaded free of charge (with the option to purchase hard copies) at website. You will be notified of addenda automatically through email if you downloaded your plans and specifications via website. In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY. See Section 19, "Certificate of Interested Parties". *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
