To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to the Labor Code. Original bid security documents must be provided in hard copy prior to the bid deadline to the District Purchasing Office, Attn: Deanna Rantz, 309 South K Street, Building G, Oxnard, California 93030. Results of the bid will be provided electronically and posted on the District website. Any bid that is submitted after this time shall be nonresponsive and returned to the bidder.
