The Description and Location of the Project Is as Follows: This Is a Partial Design Build Roadway Project. Design Activities Are Limited to: Concrete Curb Ramps for the Micro Surfacing, Bituminous Milling and Resurfacing, Guide Rail, Drainage, Curb and Sidewalk, Signing and Pavement Marking, Signals, Bridge Preservation, Concrete Repair and Other Miscellaneous Construction, All Within a Length of 34,494 Linear Feet (6.6 Miles) as Indicated on the Approved Drawings Included in the Bid Package for State Route 0051, Section B53, in Beaver County, South Heights Borough, Monaca Borough, Aliquippa City, Hopewell Township and Center Township, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This Project Being Situated as Follows: Sr 0051, Section B53 (Constitution Boulevard - Work Zone 1) - From a Point at the Allegheny-beaver County Line at Segment 0010 Offset 0000 (Station 10+18) to a Point Approximately 1 1/2 Miles North of the Ambridge-aliquippa Bridge Intersection (City of Aliquippa) at Segments 0070/0071 Offsets 0732/0547 (Station 177+55). Sr 0051, Section B53 (Constitution Boulevard - Work Zone 2) - From a Point Approximately Two Miles From the End of Work Zone One (City of Aliquippa) at Segment 0110/0111 Offset 0379/0123 (Station 280+68) to the Intersection of 17th Street (Monaca Borough) at Segment 0170 Offset 1258 (Station 460+60.90).
