The City of Patterson is seeking individuals, teams, firms, or a combination thereof interested in providing construction inspections, special inspections and materials testing for the City of Patterson Water Quality Control Facility Administration Building Project. The City is currently seeking proposals from qualified teams for the construction inspections, special inspections and materials testing required for this project. These services include, but are not limited to, inspection of all work performed by contractor and of all materials to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, daily reports including pictures to be submitted to the city, and all the materials engineering, sampling and acceptance testing. Full scope of work is described in Section 3 of this proposal. The City invites proposals that include construction inspection services by an appropriately licensed team to work under the direction of City Staff. The selected proposal will 1) exhibit experience in construction inspections for municipal clients, and 2) detail the ability to complete the required materials engineering sampling and acceptance testing. The City will make every effort to address all questions regarding this proposal. Any correspondence, as well as proposal submittals, shall be directed to: Tiffany Rodriguez. The City reserves the right to reject any proposal if mutual contract terms cannot be agreed upon.
