The City of Patterson is seeking the services of a qualified Street Sweeping Contractor to provide street sweeping services throughout the City of Patterson. The Contractor will be required to follow all specifications and guidelines outlined in this Request for Proposal. This RFP is intended to provide you, as a Contractor, with the general information needed to provide a Proposal for this Project. Before submitting a Proposal, each Contractor shall carefully read the Specifications and all other Contract Documents. The Contractor must attend the Mandatory Proposal Conference to understand the scope of work, all existing conditions, and limitations under which the work is to be performed, and they shall include in their Proposal a sum to cover the cost of all items necessary to perform the work as set forth in the Contract Documents.
