Perimeter Fencing Patterson. The Contractor will undertake the installation of new fencing and gates as specified in this document. This includes providing all necessary tools, equipment, materials, and labor in compliance with local codes. Additionally, a non-collusive affidavit will be submitted with the contractor's bid. If the contractor's bid is over $10,000, the successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory performance and payment bond for one hundred percent of the contract price or, as may be required by law, separate performance and payment bonds, each for fifty percent or more of the contract price, or a twenty percent cash escrow, or a twenty five percent irrevocable letter of credit.
