The undersigned, having carefully examined the plans, specifications and all addenda thereto and other contract documents prepared by E & A CONSULTING GROUP, 10909 Mill Valley Road, Ste 100, Omaha, Nebraska, for the construction of Sanitary Sewer - Section III in Sanitary and Improvement District 312, Sarpy County, Nebraska, and having carefully examined the site of work and become familiar with all local conditions, including labor affecting the cost thereof, and having familiarized himself with federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations affecting performance of the work, do hereby propose to furnish all labor, superintendence, mechanics, tools, materials, equipment and all utilities and transportation services necessary to perform and complete said work, and work incidental thereto, in a workmanlike manner, as described in said plans, specifications and other contract documents including addenda numbers issued thereto, for the Total Bid Sum based upon the Unit Prices as listed on the accompanying ''Schedule of Prices". The improvements to be bid upon as outlined within these specifications and as detailed on the plans are being installed for Sarpy County Sanitary and Improvement District 312 located in the vicinity of 110th Ave and Cornhusker Road within the GRANITE FALLS NORTH subdivision The work to be performed in this improvement shall consist of the installation of an 8" internal diameter PVC sanitary sewer pipe or other approved materials, together with manholes, structures, necessary appurtenances and other items of work incidental and necessary for a completed project The successful bidder shall coordinate and cooperate in all respects with the project engineer in scheduling contractor's work, and, if the contractor is unable or unwilling to comply with the work schedule set forth in these bid documents, the contractor may provide an alternative work schedule; provided, however, contractors understands, agrees and acknowledges that the Owner and the project engineer may reject the bid as a noncomplying bid for the reason that the work schedule set forth herein is a material part of the Project and these bid documents. Failure to submit a bid complying with the schedule set forth herein or proposing another time to commence other than what is required under these bid documents, may be deemed a nonconforming bid and may be rejected by the District in the District's sole discretion.
