This project is for the fabrication and installation of interior and exterior wayfinding signage located at the Sarpy County Government Campus, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE 68046. Signage total is approximately 500 interior signs spread over 2 floors and between 2 interconnected buildings; there are also 3 exterior signs. Work will generally include: removal of existing signs and materials, repair of building structures due to removal and/or installation, installation of new signs, cleanup, and disposal. Work will be conducted in an active office setting and will therefore be require coordination and discretion. 1. To furnish all contractual documentation including permits, materials, labor, tools, expendable equipment, and all utility and transportation services necessary to perform and complete all the work required for fabrication and installation of signs as outlined below and as identified in the attached plans 2. To provide all work in compliance with Commercial Industry, City of Omaha Standards and the authority having jurisdiction. 3. To coordinate work activities with Sarpy County Facilities Management to minimize disruption to County business activities. All proposed working days should be submitted within this proposal to be confirmed upon acceptance, in writing, by Sarpy County Facilities Management. 4. To take necessary precautions to avoid damage to Sarpy County property or personal property; any and all damages caused by the vendor or their agents must be repaired/restored to original condition, look, and color at the sole responsibility of the vendor. 5. To provide trash receptacles and maintain a clean and safe worksite. Vendor must take necessary precautions to avoid overspray and provide proper cleanup. 6. To provide necessary traffic delineation, temporary signs and/or cones to properly secure the work area and direct the flow of traffic Substantial Completion The Vendor shall be substantially complete with installation of signs within forty-five (45) calendar days of commencing installation work. Substantial completion is defined here as all signs indicated within the design drawings have been installed and any necessary repair work to walls or other structures is also complete Question Due ................ 12/23/2022 The Sarpy County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
