The Project consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 769 square yards of PC concrete panels, along with other miscellaneous improvements within the district. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Work under the proposed Project Contract shall be commenced within ten calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed, and the work shall be substantially completed on or before August 1, 2022, and completed by August 15, 2022, subject to any extension of time which may be granted by the Owner. Alternatively, Printed Bidding Documents May Be Obtained From the Issuing Office Either via in-person Pick-up or via Mail, Upon Issuing Office's Receipt of Payment for the Bidding Documents. The Contractor's bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check shall be in an amount of 5% of the Engineer's estimate ($3,915.50) made payable to the Treasurer of Sanitary and Improvement District No. 92 of Sarpy County, Nebraska. No Bidder shall withdraw his Bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
