At Sobrante Water Treatment Plant replace the built-up roof and roof drains at the Operations, Filter Gallery, and Lime Tower buildings; Replace the baffle walls in the Flocculation Basins; Replace the aerator valves at Aeration Basins; Replace the slide gates at the Sedimentation Basins with District-furnished slide gates; Replace seven (7) filter wash valves and one (1) main washwater valve at the Washwater Filters; Replace the roofs at the two (2) Washwater Settling Basins; Furnish and install new roof at Clarifier Structure; Extend the maintenance platform at the Liquid Oxygen Facility; Replace 1,000 LF of construction joint sealant at the Clearwell Structure and Washwater Settling Basins; Install non-slip coating at the hydrogen peroxide facility area. Perform proper sampling, removal, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials for all demolition work; and perform related required work.
