Site work for a water / sewer project in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This Contract provides for the installation of approximately 610 linear feet of storm sewer pipe, 4 manholes, asphalt restoration and all other work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and specified herein. The Contractor agrees that for projects of more than $35,000, before it undertakes performance of the Contract, it will file with the Owner a Performance and Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract price, executed by itself as a principal and one or more surety companies authorized to do business in the State of Washington as surety. The bond shall be supplied on a Owner approved form and be approved by the City of Vancouver's Risk Manager or designee. The amount of the bid bond stated either as a dollar figure or as a percentage which represents five percent of the maximum bid amount that could be awarded The Contract work shall be fully complete within 60 working days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) date.
