Renovation of a water / sewer project in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of August 12, 2021, this project was awarded to IEM for $36,090.20. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, appliances, materials, and equipment to remove the motor from the site, repair or replace with new motor, reinstall, and conduct start-up. The City will disconnect and reconnect the electricity to the motor. Photos of the tags and motor base will be provided. The Contractor will need to coordinate with the City Water Department to access the facility for conducting the work. All work shall be completed in accordance with the attached Contract Plans & Specifications, these Specials Provisions, and the General Conditions. The City will award the Base Bid and either Alternative A or Alternative B whichever is most cost effective. The Contract work shall be fully complete within 90 working days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) date.
